How many people are needed to operate a NuWave Research System?
Two (or fewer) people with no technical expertise can operate the system after receiving training from NuWave Research’s team.

Is it a batch system?
We have standard batch and continuous systems available. Plus, our machines can be customized to your needs.
What is the through-put of a NuWave Research system?
The through-put depends on a number of factors like the type of product, density, and the desired moisture level of the end product. Our team will be able to analyze your needs based on a few parameters and give you your best options for maximum through-put.
How many hours can the NuWave Research system be operated for continuous processing?
The NuWave Research system can run for up to 24 hours per day. An automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning cycle is required between runs.
What is meant by odor mitigation?
NuWave Research provides a closed-loop system that captures released vapor and eliminates unpleasant odors. The subtle smells released by RLTD could be more correctly called (low-intensity) fragrances than odors.
